We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition
• Item must be in original packaging with all accessories included
• Used, opened, or damaged items will not be accepted for return under any circumstances
• Proof of purchase required

How to Return

1. Email us at thegromify@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of receiving your order
2. We will send return instructions within 48 hours
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

• Any item that has been used, opened, or shows signs of wear
• Items returned after 14 days of delivery
• Items not in original packaging or missing accessories

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately at thegromify@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
